Headquartered in Illabo/Cootamundra and with regional presence in three States, Horizon has built a reputation for safe, agile, and high-performance project delivery
across resources, renewables, and regional development. Its experienced team brings specialist capabilities in bulk earthworks, rail upgrades, solar and wind farm delivery, environmental remediation, and regional road and utilities works.
Horizon has contributed to some of Australia’s most significant projects, including Snowy Hydro 2.0, Inland Rail, Rye Park and Lotus Creek Wind Farms, Broadsound and Culcairn Solar Farms, as well as emergency response efforts for flood and bushfire recovery.
Founded and led by Emma Muller, a nationally recognised industry leader and 2021 NAWIC NSW Regional Business Woman of the Year, Horizon has grown by combining tier-one project standards with a strong commitment to regional employment and community engagement.
